| In 1977 Holdren teamed with Paul and Anne Ehrlich on the doom and gloom blockbuster Ecoscience: Population, Resources and Environment. Here they further described “de-development” to include “diverting” the LDCs (Less-Developed Countries) from the “rush to mimic” the ODCs (“Over-Developed” Countries). Proclaiming de-development a “top priority” for all ODCs, they also proposed government-mandated abortion, birth control implants and adding sterilants to drinking water and food for mass population control. This (and most everything else) would be managed by a “Planetary Regime” and enforced by the Regime’s armed police force. |
